Graham's Full Monty

On cold Spanish mornings (generally around 1.00pm) Graham and I would wander into Almunecar town to admire the historic buildings and carry out quality control checks on the numerous bars in town.
When we disagreed on our assessments we generally re-sampled using a famous mouth wash available in Spain known as Glenfiddech which is pure Scottish Whiskey  water.

COWBOYS MEAL

Not known for my PC'ness, I didn't think calling this a Cowpersons meal sounded quite right. On the other hand. calling it a Cowgirls meal would probably mean a slap around the face.
This is something my dad used to give me for breakfast but by just beefing up the quantities, it is equally as good for a lunchtime snack. It's fast, cheap and the ingredients are probably already in the larder!

SPANISH TOSTADA

This is so simple and when I first saw it, but thought it was a dire concoction until I tried it.

ORGASMIC BANANA'S

This recipe can be used either for breakfast, desert or simply a snack but remains one of my all time favourites.

BOILED EGG

YOU HAVE TO BE JOKING!!!

IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS - GIVE UP

POACHED EGG

Just boil a pan of water, add a splash of vinegar if you have some (This helps stop the eggs from disintegrating) Put the eggs in the pan with the heat turned off. Replace lid and leave sitting for three and half minutes. VOILA!!

SCRAMBLED EGGS

A two minute hot breakfast which can be cooked either in a saucepan or in the microwave.

FRY UP OR "CHUCK IT IN THE PAN"

I guess this really does have to come first in the list as there is nothing more traditional than the Old English Fry-up and I believe I have got this to purrrrrfection. My taste buds have been activated just by writing this.
